چکیده

Rice storage conditions include location, granary depth, time, temperature and atmosphere. The fungi community varies during storage, but how these communities change remains unexplored so far. This study collected rice samples from granaries in different horizontal vertical directions time over two years. High-throughput ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) sequencing analysis revealed that Ascomycota (73.81%), Basidiomycota (6.56%) Mucoromycota (9.42%) were the main Eumycota present storage. Aspergillus sp., Fusarium Rhizopus Gibberella Tilletia sp. Penicillium contribution of orientation depth effect on relative abundance 17.18%, 5.98% 0.11%, respectively. was predominant Eubacterium this process. A mainly occupied by Paraconiothyrium location S, had Clavispora Both varied dramatically Furthermore, as a mycotoxin producer, dominant at L1. comprehensively analyzed variation to elucidate find detrimental fungi. Therefore, it is important improve ventilation systems ensure uniform atmosphere control growth.

Analysis of genetic variation and diversity of Rice stripe virus populations through high-throughput sequencing

Plant RNA viruses often generate diverse populations in their host plants through error-prone replication and recombination. Recent studies on the genetic diversity of plant RNA viruses in various host plants have provided valuable information about RNA virus evolution and emergence of new diseases caused by RNA viruses. We analyzed and compared the genetic diversity of Rice stripe virus (RSV) ...

Characterization of the Fecal Microbiota Using High-Throughput Sequencing Reveals a Stable Microbial Community during Storage

The handling and treatment of biological samples is critical when characterizing the composition of the intestinal microbiota between different ecological niches or diseases. Specifically, exposure of fecal samples to room temperature or long term storage in deep freezing conditions may alter the composition of the microbiota. Thus, we stored fecal samples at room temperature and monitored the ...

Increasing ecological inference from high throughput sequencing of fungi in the environment through a tagging approach.

High throughput sequencing methods are widely used in analyses of microbial diversity, but are generally applied to small numbers of samples, which precludes characterization of patterns of microbial diversity across space and time. We have designed a primer-tagging approach that allows pooling and subsequent sorting of numerous samples, which is directed to amplification of a region spanning t...
